What is TeamBuilding?

 Team Building aims to expose person’s character and capacity, and it also promote team’s spirit – we can call “building team’s spirit”.

 In general, team building is a synthetic structure including “complex activities”, but it also ensures 2 factors: teamwork and personal mission. Then, it can create effects “hologram spiritual connection”, “individual with individual”, “individual with team” and “team with team”

1. By what way you can know your team clearly?

You can understand about your team clearly by exchanging information, observing other colleagues, and sharing problems of working and life.

2. Where can you find Team Building service?

Team Building is very new in Vietnam. Some people have some mistakes when they think that team building is the same with travel, other ones say that it is necessary skill when preparing for working. In fact, team building contains many activities; team building highlights in many sectors of officers, students…to improve their skills in working which help enterprise to build working’s culture through humans.

Team Building is a form of community activities, which is a link to bring staffs closer to gain higher goals.

Not only you, but other people are also. When a company was established, there is a group of people, who will share tasks to complete them together. Whenever you join a team, you need Team Building.

There are some definitions of Team Building, it is the most simple definition that team building is the way to organize activities of a group to work together.

“Team Building” is a process for people to get closer to complete general goals or missions.”

We should wear clean-lembedly as going picnic. If having uniform, company should carry their uniform which is much useful.

12. Which activities can include in Team Building? 

Basing on beginning aims, program will include variety parts. Normally, a team building program consists of  4 main parts: introduction, integration, acceleratation and conclusion. Each part will have some games which related with the tasks we are working.

13. Is team building postponed because of bad weather?

When making plan for team building program, we always have alternative plan which is reviewed by company. Thus, in spite of bad weather, team building will occur normally.

14. Does team building contain risks or impact on people’ health? 

Participants always inform about their health situation and unexpected changes during program for us. Sometimes, some games can take risks, however, all of customers are given insurance with high denomination during the trip.
