2 DAY PROGRAM

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY

Leave Hanoi at 9:00 AM if you take the private transfer or from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM if you take the shuttle bus and arrive in Tuan Chau Island around 11:30. Check-in at the Paradise Lounge (transportation service on your request).

12:30: Embark on Paradise Luxury

After your transfer to Paradise Luxury, you will be checked-in, then taken to the restaurant, where you will be briefed about your cruise while enjoying your welcome drink.13:00: Lunch in the restaurant

As the Paradise Luxury makes its way to Halong Bay, you will have time to savor your delicious lunch while enjoying the stunning views – your first introduction to this majestic landscape.14:00: Cruise Halong Bay or enjoy a Spa TreatmentAfter lunch, you will have time to be enchanted by the stunning landscape of Halong Bay. If the first stop isn’t for you, you can opt for an afternoon of pampering and indulgence at Le Parfum Spa*.

14:30: Visit Tung Sau Pearl Farm or kayak*

Your first excursion is a visit to Tung Sau Pearl Farm, an area in Halong Bay dedicated to growing pearls and practicing a handmade technique based on Vietnamese tradition and Japanese technology. This is also an ideal destination for kayaking. If this excursion doesn’t take your fancy, stay on board and treat yourself to a delicious afternoon tea.

16:00: Ti Top Island

Hike to the top of Ti Top Island for stunning panoramic views of the Bay. After your hike, go for a refreshing swim in Halong Bay’s emerald waters or sip from a coconut in the shade. If you choose to stay on board, book in for a pamper session in the Le Parfum Spa*.

17:45: Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktails* and Cooking Demonstration

Paradise Luxury will anchor overnight at Coconut Tree Island. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy a cocktail or two as the sun sets over the karst landscape. Foodies can partake in Vietnamese cooking demonstration before dinner, and guaranteed to whet the appetite.

19:30: Royal Bao Dai Dinner

Dress like kings and queens for the Royal Bao Dai dinner at the restaurant. The rest of the evening is free for you to relax with a drink or two, go squid fishing, book in for a spa treatment at Le Parfum Spa or watch a movie in the restaurant.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY – HANOI

06:30: Tai Chi on Sundeck

Welcome your second day on board Paradise Luxury with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises, followed by a light breakfast in the restaurant.

07:30: Visit Sung Sot Cave

Your next stop is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, where you will be surprised by the breathtaking panoramic view across the Bay once you exit the cave. This is the largest cave in Halong Bay, and the stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years have taken on fascinating shapes.

08:30: Breakfast at the restaurant

Back on board, you can opt for your breakfast to be served in the restaurant or your cabin. Paradise Luxury will pass Thien Cung and Dau Go Caves and Fighting Cocks Islet before you settle your bill, check-out and return to Tuan Chau Island.

10:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina

After disembarking from Paradise Luxury, and for guests booked on the Paradise shuttle bus, you will be served a light lunch at Paradise Lounge before the drive back to Hanoi.

12:00: Return to Hanoi.

Our restaurant and bar are places of discovery and sharing with others. They combine tradition and freshness of rich oriental cuisine with the latest culinary trends from around the world. Our menus are the result of a creative European and Vietnamese fusion that crosses traditional gastronomy boundaries.

In an atmosphere of elegant luxury, you can enjoy sumptuous buffets and tasty menus served by a crew in traditional Vietnamese costumes – fine dining harmoniously combined with the aromas of the sea. A wide selection of the best vintages from around the world will complement fine fusion cuisine and creative Asian-inspired flavours.

The restaurant and bar are located on the 3rd deck.

CRUISE POLICY

Deposit & Payment:
– A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
– The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
– Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).

Cancellation & Refund:
• Cancellation will be charged as follow:
– From 1-3 cabins:
+ 7 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ Less then 7 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
– From 4-6 cabins:
+ More than 21 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 20 to 7 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 7 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
– From 7-10 cabins:
+ More than 45 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 45 to 31 days prior to the arrival: 25% of the total rate charged.
+ From 30 to 21 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 20 to 10 days prior to the arrival: 75% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 10 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel’s cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).

Child Policy (to be confirmed upon reservation and subject to availability):
– Only 01 child under 13 years old is allowed to share cabin with parents, details as below:
+ FOC for 01 child under 5 years old, or
+ Surcharge US$ 105 for 01 child from 5-12 years old (sharing bed with parents).
– In case of Extra bed/ Mattress is required, the following surcharge will be applied accordingly/ US$ 25 for 2D/1N program & US$ 35 for 3D/2N Program.
– FOC baby cot for infant.

Other Policies:
– Check-in time starts at 11:30 AM. Check-out by 10:30 AM.
– Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
– Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
– A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification/ passport are required upon check-in.
– Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can’t be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
– Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.
