Procedures of interview for American Visa

 To prepare the best for interview of entry America as tourism, Vietlink Tour requires customers to prepare some documents.

Individual
  1. Passport with use value over 6 months
  2. 2 photos 5x5 white background, shoot straight, without glasses
  3. Identity card, permanent residence or KT3
  4. Wife or husband (if have), children (if have)

-          Saving books, account balance confirmation

Procedures of interview for American visa
-          For old people (retired people), not need to prove job’s record
-          When making record, basing on each situation, Vietlink Tour’s staffs will consult customers and guide them to have high score of interview.
-          Besides, Vietlink Tour will supplement necessary documents for customer when interviewing: invitation letter, consul dispatch, program’s plan, booking flight ticket… and fill in the visa’s application form.
-          Implementing order:
+ Step 1: Fill in application with Vietlink Tour, hand in passport and deposit; sign contract.
+ Step 2: Prepare profile as guide of Vietlink Tour
+ Step 3: Vietlink Tour will arrange time of interview and complete application form as require of American Consulate.
+ Step 4: Vietlink Tour’s staff will help customer to complete final steps for interview
Frequent questions about American Visa:
1.      Do I need to interview for visa when I join a tour or fair in America with Vietlink Tour?
-          Yes. All oversea citizens
2.      I want to travel, join fair in America, which visa do I need?
-          If you travel, you should have tourism visa (B1)
-          If you join a fair, you need to have business visa (B2)
-          If you both travel and join fair, you must take both tourism and business visas (B1/B2)
3.      After fixed programs, can I visit some relatives?
-          Yes, you can. After program, you can stay there to visit your relatives. However, you should inform to Vietlink’s guide before making visa and you will be paid for fees of plane’s ticket, accommodation, meals… when you visit your relatives.
4.      How long can I stay there to visit my relatives?
-          For normal situations, you could have stayed in America for 3 months minimum, and 6 months maximum. You can know exactly how long after you immigrate in America. The time wrote on visa is the available period of visa, it is not the period you can stay in America.
5.      Can I take a visa in one year?
-          Consul official will decide this situation after interviewing.
6.      Which registration’s processes need I do?
-          Step 1: You will fill in a form of Vietlink Tour, hand in passport, reservation deposit and sign contract.
-          Step 2: Prepare documents as guide of Vietlink Tour.
-          Step 3: Vietlink Tour will arrange interview day for you and complete all forms as requirement of American consul.
-          Step 4: Staffs of Vietlink Tour will meet you and complete final steps before interviewing.
7.      Which form do I have to fill in?
-          Vietlink Tour will help you to fill in all of related forms.
8.      Which other documents do I need to prepare for interview?
-          You should contact to Vietlink Tour in advance to be guided about related procedures.
9.      I can meet all of documents as guide, so can I pass visa 100%?
-          All of documents is needed condition. You must complete a direct interview to persuade consul official about the aim of trip and you are sure you will turn back Vietnam after completing program. Staffs of Vietlink Tour will consult you before interviewing.
10. What does Vietlink Tour support us when we join program?
-          When joining with Vietlink Tour, our staffs will guide you prepare documents, interview and fill in documents. Vietlink Tour usually holds program, our objectives are providing procedure of details, plane booking, invitation letter and we also write an introduction letter for you to American consul. However, we don’t interfere in process of giving visa and also don’t help you fill in your profile.
